JOYSONS offers worldwide delivery to supported destinations through DHL Express.

Shipping availability and cost

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether service is available and the shipping charge for your order. If no shipping option appears, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.

Delivery estimates

Any available estimate is shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation. Delivery times can vary because of destination, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or weather.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges set by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by JOYSONS. Please check local requirements before ordering.
