Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts).
Standard shipping: $9.95 on orders under $100.

The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders ship from our warehouse via DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the options for your location.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse. Depending on your country, including the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which the carrier may collect on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions before ordering, email hello@joysons.com.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@joysons.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
