Returns & Exchanges
Wrong size? Changed your mind? We keep it simple.
- Free first size exchange within 30 days of delivery. We cover shipping both ways.
- Returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery, with a free prepaid return label.
How it works
- Start your request. Sign in to your account, open your order and select Request return. Choose the item and the reason. For an exchange, pick Size too small or Size too large and write the size you'd like in the note.
- Send it back. We email you a free prepaid return label. Pack the item unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging.
- Get your refund or new size. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Exchanges ship free via FedEx as soon as your return is on its way.
Exchanges after 14 days
From day 15 to day 30 after delivery, request your size exchange through Chat (bottom right of any page) or by emailing hello@joysons.com with your order number and the size you need. We reply within 1 business day.
Good to know
- The free exchange applies to your first size exchange per order item. If the new size is out of stock, we refund you instead.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
